Amazing job or service provided with excellence to satisfaction. There is no hesitatation to recommend to recommend to any one who having property to be looked after by Equity Property

I engaged Equity Property Management to assist with renting out my property while I was overseas, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Nicole was outstanding throughout the entire process. Her communication was prompt, professional, and always helpful, providing relevant information and advice whenever needed. Despite me being overseas, she made the process seamless and stress-free by handling all of the administration efficiently and keeping me informed every step of the way. When I returned to visit and met Nicole in person, she was just as professional and approachable as she had been over email and phone. She provided valuable advice and demonstrated a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for my property. Since the property has been listed, Nicole and her team have continued to deliver exceptional service. They have been proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Nicole and the Equity Property Management team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management service.

I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. Highly recommend Jay and her team.

I decided to use OBrien Real Estate to manage my property investment and I am so glad I chose them. After settlement, I had several minor renovations in the property and OBrien's team were there all the way. Tamara Abbott and Ashley Patane looked after my property, they were very professional, giving me regular updates and were very proactive with all the works required in the property they were able to organize all tradies and necessary work in the place. The team were able to secure a tenant within my expected timeframe. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Professional and transparent. The process, costs and expected rent were clearly explained. Very clear communication. And landlord is able to access to the portal to view the financial and documents. Totally happy with the service provided by the leasing team.

Tamara is knowledgeable and efficient, and leasing my property with her guidance was super streamlined. Yvette from OBrien, my property manager is such a pleasure to work with. Thanks team OBrien.
