Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. Once we took ownership of the property MPM arranged all the marketing, open houses, applications very professionally. They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return.
