Very professional

Swan Realty have handled our property for many years and we have never had reason to look elsewhere. They are professional and always keep us in the loop. Unfortunately we had a few questionable tenants and Swan have always kept on top of defaults and insurance issues for us. They always talk about our options and carry out our instructions as requested.

Could not recommend them highly enough

I now have two properties under the care of Swan Real Estate. They are prompt, have excellent attention to detail, are focused on providing the most appropriate outcome for the landlord and equally attentive to the lessee's needs. Their standard of service is outstanding in all aspects.

Wonderful Property Management

I have had my rental properties with Swan Realestate for 15 + years now. I have always found them to be excellent. They have always found great long term tenants for my properties and have always advised me of any small maintenance that is needed to prevent larger & more costly maintenance later on. My properties are always well looked after by Swan who put in great tenants for me at all times. Their service to me has always been exceptional.
