Overview of Mudgee, NSW, 2850

We had such a positive experience with Amber as our property manager. She was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and made the whole process easy to navigate. We especially appreciated her support and communication when it came time for us to move on after seven years in our home. She was understanding, responsive and lovely to deal with throughout the entire process, which made what was a busy and emotional time for our family so much easier. Thank you so much, Amber, for all your help and support over the years. We genuinely appreciated everything you did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you! ☺️

Over the last 8 years I have had my rental property well managed by McGrath. Ths service has been consistant. A very high standard of communication and constant vigilance to keep my property in good order. Good advice has been given when I have needed advice. I highly recommend them as property managers.

We recently purchased a property in mudgee through McGrath Central tablelands and we really uppreciate their help. you don't feel like you're under pressure they answer all your questions and they keep follow up with you if you need any guide especially if you're not from the area. A big thanks for everyone and we highly recommend them.

Luisa is amazing, she really understands that my property is an important investment for me and that I want it to be cared for as if it was my home.

Moving is the worst. The team made what is often a really stressful time, that little bit easier. Genuinely supportive and available to help with every question and request. The digital systems and tools for lease signing, condition report etc. saved so much time and gave us confidence that everything was logged and recorded. Really happy to recommend the team to investors looking to rent their property, and to tenants who

Good resolution to our enquiries and obligations as a landlord

Lily and Abbie have been so easy to deal with, are always great communicators, and nothing ever seems too hard. They have made the whole process simple and stress free, and we really appreciate their support. Ultimately a landlord wants a team they can trust, and that is exactly what we have. Highly recommend!

After having a less than perfect tenant we found ourselves in a long drawn out process to remove tenant, then to upgrade unit to have it put back on the rental market. The agency remained patient, diligent and supportive throughout the process and never lost sight of getting the unit back on the leasing market.

We are a couple who are living on the road in our caravan and have rented out our home to help us with our travels. McGraths Mudgee have been excellent. I know our property is in good hands.

Renting through McGrath in Mudgee has been a pleasant experience for many years. My recent Property Manager Amber Schreuders has always been efficient, friendly, and reliable with prompt ommunication.
