Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team

Mel is very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and phone calls, txt messages and emails were responded to quickly. I lovely surprise was the little gift pack when receiving my keys. That's a super lovely and thoughtful touch as "renters" are important too not just "buyers". Awesome experience would definately recommend Century 21 Maddies Hermans !!

We found Kelly & the team at Innov8 Property very friendly with great communication throughout the whole process of leasing a property. A couple of days after we moved in Kelly called to check to make sure the move went well which was something we have never experienced before with other agencies as tenants, which was really nice.
