Havig & Jackson (Paula) has been managing our property for many years and is extremely responsive to all forms of communication and has been a great help to us. I would highly recommend Havig & Jackson to manage your investment property.

Right from the start, the team at Havig & Jackson were organised, took initiative and responded quickly. Almost two years later, I continue to be happy with their management of my property.

We use Cassie to manage multiple properties for us in Brisbane. She is the best property manager I have worked with. She knows the pockets where my properties are extremely well and her Market forecasts and appraisals are amazingly accurate. She is always spot on with her recommendations, she has extensive contacts to reliable maintenance professionals and above all, she is professional and just gets things done. I recommend her highly.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Managed Property. The team is incredibly thorough, proactive, and consistently responsive, which gives me great confidence that my property is in capable hands. They stay on top of everything and communicate clearly throughout the process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, they are proactive in identifying potential problems and addressing them early, helping to keep the property well maintained and ensuring things run smoothly for both the tenant and me as the owner. Janelle, in particular, is a wealth of industry knowledge - always willing to answer questions to support informed decision making. What I appreciate most is her attention to detail and reliability. I would highly recommend Managed Property to any property owner looking for a trustworthy, diligent, and responsive property manager.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Managed Property and highly recommend their services. They managed our property with professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail, particularly during a challenging period involving a complex and problematic tenant. Our property manager, Tim Nance, handled the situation calmly and efficiently, maintained clear communication throughout, and ensured that all matters were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. They also managed maintenance issues very effectively, coordinating repairs and keeping us informed at every step. In addition, Tim provided valuable assistance with the insurance process, including gathering the required information and supporting the claim. Their knowledge, reliability, and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Melvyn, the letting manger, also did an excellent job in re-letting the property promptly and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and well managed. I am very grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner looking for a capable, trustworthy, and dedicated property manager.

This is our second property which Janelle and the team have managed and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so proactive, strong communication skills and make the whole experience seamless. We can thank them enough - highly recommend!
