Arthur and his team efficiently managed my rental property (a unit) prior to the tenants finally vacating after having lived there for over 30 years. I meet Arthur on site at the unit to discuss how the property might be renovated and upgraded to enhance its appeal. I took his suggestions on board and after obtaining very competitive quotes, he then proceeded to organise and coordinate all works, (which proceeded smoothly and efficiently) whilst continually updating me on the progress. Arthur always returned my calls/ emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble. The finished product far exceeded my expectation, it looking fresh bright and modernised. The unit is now re-tenanted.
