Arnold property was really supportive in seeking consult from the owner when we requested. We had issues with dead possums and electricity faults and they promptly organised their repair/removals. We have nothing bad specifically to say, but the service just felt a lacking in experience and personality. The notice to vacate felt very harsh and unsympathetic, to the point and by the book in a very tough time for us. Particularly when we were genuinely great tenants who left the place in better condition than when we found it.

Jacalyn is always communicative, responsive and on the ball with what needs to be done. We value her market knowledge and have trusted her professional advice with our rental property for many years.
