Was keep fully informed on the progress throughout the process of a tenant exiting the leased premise to a new tenant being signed up. Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
