Rebecca and the team at Ray White Unanderra have gone above and beyond in their role as managing agent for our residential rental property. During this time of Covid-19 restrictions we have been unable to visit our property and organise repairs necessary after the removal of a bad tenant. Rebecca was fantastic in consulting with us and then organising and overseeing the repairs and maintenance to ready the house for a new tenant. She was also proficient in our Insurance claim being assessed and accepted to our advantage quickly. She then had a tenant vetted and ready to move in as soon as the repairs were completed. I had been with another agent that just wasn't living up to my expectations. I started looking around for a new one and Greycliffe was on my shortlist. After speaking with Stephanie I knew she was the one and since moving my properties over to her I have been extremely happy. The team know what they are doing and are responsive at all times. As I live overseas it is very important to have an agent you can trust 110% and I have that trust in Greycliffe. If I am in a bit of a panic about something, they are the calm, cool voice of reason but since moving to Greycliffe I have not needed to worry about anything. The team are proactive so I no longer have to chase for a rent review or to get the fire alarms checked for example. They tell me what needs my attention. Recently when a tenant left, we had new high quality tenants in after the first viewing.
