Agencies in Cessnock

This agency cares about more then just profiting and looking after the landlords at the cost of tenants. This agency cares deeply for everyone of there clients landlord and tenant alike. They helped prevent me and my pregnant fiancé and two kids from living in our car. We look forward to dealing with them in the future. So all in all this agency is the only agency I have ever had dealings with who truly care about you and go out of there way to help you when you really need it.

So far the team has been great & very helpful. Doesn’t matter what time or day it is they have always made themselves available to help me out with anything Iv needed. Very excited for the future!

Can't being to tell you how helpful and caring the girls are. Both times they have found long time Tennant and I believe the way they took care of them made this possible. The house was maintained great and they always kept me in the loop,So no be surprises. Lots of photos Thank You all at Valley Real estate.

Nicole is very approachable and friendly in every details of the rental process. Very professional in their work practice. And Tom also flexible & professional, giving prompt answers for every enquiries/concerns in funding a good tenant.

Valley was able to take over my property from the builder and complete all necessary paperwork in a very limited time. The team was able to provide a suitable tenant in around 2 weeks, with a good rental income at par with market rates. Any maintenance issues are promptly dealt with and notified via property me app. All the best Sophie and Team. Keep up your good work.
