Overview of Port Macquarie

We have now few properties on rental with One Agency Port Macquarie & Wauchope. Ashlee O'Neill takes care of all & I can't say enough about her excellent communication, professionalism, proactiveness & knowledge. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with & always there to help. I will have no problem recommending One Agency to anyone since got back trust after some bad experiences in past with another agency.

Tim and Cherish have been amazing in their efforts to get an application on our apartment across the line. From communicating with the tenant and with us, to taking up the battle with strata managers to fast track approvals, we could not have asked for more of them. Thank you, it would have been far more stressful had they not been on our team.

Mid pandemic we (me, my pregnant partner, our 1 year old boy and Kelpie) decided to relocate from Sydney to Port Macquarie to take advantage of a 6 month job opportunity at Port Macquarie hospital. Not knowing much about the rental market in Port or the preferred locations to live, Susan provided us with a variety of options (Pet friendly!), as well as detailed local knowledge regarding each suburb. We landed on a great place near Nobbys Beach, and were able to take out a 'longer term rental' which suited all our needs for out time in Port. Every aspect of the rental was accounted for including which cafes to get the best coffee, great walks and dog friendly parks. The rental was serviced/maintained on time each fortnight with no requirement to chase up Beachscape. Even when we had our toddler do some minor damage to a wall, a tradesman was arranged and dispatched within the week to fix it up. Very pleased with the whole process and have already reached out to Beachscape again to assist with holiday rentals.

The experience with One Agency at Port Macquarie has been great from the beginning. The process was seamless and easy. Our two properties were leased reasonably quickly and we attracted some fabulous tenants. Looking forward to our ongoing relationship with the staff at the agency.

Id happily recommend booking through Susan anytime. The house was above our expectations. Beautiful water front views. Very clean and comfy. Look forward to visiting again soon.
