Throughout the process from enquiring about the property, to the application process and then the approval all the staff in the office were happy to answer any questions we had. They were also able to provide us with updates along the way to ensure we were keep involved in the process. As a renter this is something I have never experienced before. If I was landlord, or a future buyer and as renter this a service that would be so value able to everyone that access their business.
Can’t see fault in any of their work, in all areas they did a top notch job, and have looked after us from start to signing of the contract. But are still helping any ways they can, so no fault can be stated.

My experience with Bailey was amazing, I knew nothing about how to organise my property to be rented out to tenants and I told this is Liv at Bailey’s, she was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. They took care of everything that needed to be done prior to advertising our home for rent as well as everything to make the transition to having tenants move in smooth and easy. I’m so thankful for their support and guidance.
Always keeps us in the loop - great communication and management. We have had multiple realestates managing our investments over the past 37 years, many average and some well below average. Baileys in Singleton has managed our duplexes since 2002 (incl previous agency) and have been fantastic. By far the best real estate we have ever dealt with. Highly highly recommend.
