I'M ALWAYS KEPT INFORMED. ANY ISSUE WHICH ARISES IS DEALT WITH PROMPTLY. THEY ARE PROMPT IN FORWARDING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. THEY ARE FERVENT IN FINDING ANY NEW TENANT AS ARISES. THEY HANDLED A RECENT LANDLORD/INSURANCE CLAIM FAR AND BEYOND MY SATISFACTION

Conrad (Space property) has been a great agent to work with so far. He has been upfront and transparent about any issues, quick to respond, and reliable with follow-ups. Everything has gone smoothly, and he has remained professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I’ve appreciated his straightforward approach and would be happy to recommend him.

We have been property investors predominately in Surry Hills and the surrounding area for several generations and have been a client of Space Property Agency for over 30 years. We have periodically trialled a few real estate agents on selective properties over the years and one of the best decisions we made was to stay with Space Property Agency for all our properties. Space Property Agency have consistently found quality tenants fast, achieved a strong rental price, maintaining low vacancy rates and taking an active role in assisting with asset maintenance and improvement. In the rare instances of a tenancy issue, Space Property Agency is proactive in dealing with and resolving any matter quickly with a cost-effective approach. Their commitment to undertaking inspections, reporting, and communication is always demonstrated to us in all our dealings. They have strong local knowledge particularly in the Surry Hills and inner-city area. This is of great assistance when planning on what asset improvements to undertake to generate the best yield for each property. We do not regard them as simply our property managers but part of our asset management team. Communication has been clear, proactive, and professional throughout. Maintenance, arrears, and compliance are handled efficiently, giving us peace of mind as investors. Highly recommended for any landlord who want the support of a professional team. I highly recommend Space Property Agency.

Chyeann, Georgia and the rest of the team at AYRE provided us with a great and streamlined tenancy experience. Whilst accommodating our many needs and enquiries with attention to detail and an awareness of external factors facing tenants and share-house environments, the team at AYRE maintained a sense of professionalism and transparency throughout the process. I would recomment AYRE to any prospective tenants looking to rent in the Sydney region!

Chyeann and the Ayre agency are fantastic. I only have glowing feedback for my experience with them compared to my previous real estate agents. They're friendly and ready to listen, prompt to respond, on point with the task and delivers the best outcomes. This is what everyone wants in their engagement and I highly recommend this agency to anyone reading this review.

Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. During a difficult 2020 Kate has been outstanding. I cannot think of how Kate and her team could have done any more for me or my properties. One apartment recently sold by AYRE agent Craig Donahue. One remaining in Kate’s capable hands.
