Agencies in Newtown, NSW, 2042

I have been very happy with Samantha from Exclusive.

Exclusive offered me very promote service and expert advise on my rental property. Highly recommended.

We met Robert Patruno at an open home and grabbed his details. Robert has now helped me find tenants to rent out my property. It was seamless and easy with the Exclusive Team and they were so helpful. Highly recommend their services

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
