Very professional and prompt responses to queries

Efficient, friendly, nothing was ever a problem

They were super helpful and caring, I love that I’ve got the chance to take on my new studio thanks to them

Melissa at Ray White Drummoyne was approachable, efficient, and professional from the start. After almost 20 years as a landlord, I know how essential good communication and reliability are — and she delivered on every front. Melissa handled trades, managed a quick turnaround, and resolved challenges left by the previous tenant and agent — all within budget, on time, and with clear updates throughout. A new tenant was secured at the very first open home. Highly recommend Melissa for her professionalism, transparency, and results.

The team at Ray white Drummoyne have so far been super helpful and efficient. The welcome bag we received when we picked up the keys was a great touch! So far the best realestate team I have gone through.

Mario has been so helpful in helping us find a tenant during lockdown. He is extremely professional and easy to work with.

I rented an apartment for 18 months through Ray White Ashfield until February 2024 and wanted to say a big Thank you to the team, especially Louisa Chan. Their service was always prompt, accurate and responsive to various needs and questions I had during my tenancy. The only reason why I didn't use their service for the apartment I currently live in was because I moved outside the areas where Ray White Ashfield had apartments available. If that hadn't been the case, I would have looked to them for a new apartment tenancy application. Thanks again, I will look forward to using your service again in future if there's an opportunity.

I had an amazing experience with Ray White. I found the process of filling up the application was easy and fast. The team was guided us through each step.

Professional, Efficient, Responsive, Knowledgeable. Andrew and the very capable Ray White Ashfield Team delivered exceptional service from start to finish of the leasing process. Andrew kept us constantly updated and informed. Thank you to Andrew, Matthew, Janice and Louisa for making the experience so seamless.

They help me manage a very difficult tenant, assist me renovate my studio and after all, secure a new tenant promptly. They are enthusiastic, focused on outcome and most importantly, keep me informed and advised throughout the whole process.

We’ve had a great experience working with Kho & Lee. Sophie and the team are very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. Sophie communicates clearly, follows up promptly and is always helpful in addressing any queries. We really appreciate her support in managing the property.

Highly Recommend Kho and Lee Property Management I've had an excellent experience with Kho and Lee Property Management. Their communication was always clear, professional, and timely, which made the entire process stress-free. Having had them as my agent for that last 15 years. They acted quickly at every stage and were able to secure quality tenants in a very short timeframe. Their knowledge of the rental market was evident, and their advice proved invaluable. They recommended updating the kitchen and replacing the living room flooring to make the property more attractive to prospective tenants, and the improvements made a significant difference. What impressed me most was how efficiently they organised reliable tradespeople to complete the work. Everything was arranged and finished promptly, helping to minimise vacancy and get the property back on the market as quickly as possible. The team's proactive approach, practical advice, and ability to deliver results make them an outstanding property management company. I would highly recommend Kho and Lee Property Management to any property owner looking for a responsive and effective property manager. Thanks in particular to Brian, Patricia and Thanh for your fantastic work
