All aspects of this matter were handled very professionally by my Edison McGrath Property Manager, Magdalena Abad. I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied. I elected to plan a short tenant free period to carry out some maintenance work myself.
