Overview of Noranda, WA, 6062

After 10 months of viewing, applying and getting knockbacks, we finally got a rental through Exceed. The manager and the lease consultant were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They even gave us time to pay for the bond, as we had big expenditures to deal with at the same time.

Knowledgable, professional, always pleasant to deal with, helpful and friendly. Thanks to the Ross Realty team!

Our property manager was very supportive, professional, and helpful throughout our experience. She communicated clearly, responded to questions in a timely manner, and always made us feel comfortable reaching out whenever we needed assistance. What stood out most was her willingness to provide support and guidance whenever issues came up. She handled matters professionally and with understanding, which made the overall process much less stressful for us. Her approachable and friendly attitude, combined with strong organisation and communication skills, created a positive experience from start to finish.

I am satisfied with the Property Management provided by Xceed. They have operated in a professional and efficient manner since being appointed. The inspection reports and communication from Aleisha Hillier has been first class.
