It gives me incredible peace of mind knowing my investment is in such capable hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

I’ve had a great experience working with her. She is always very responsive, transparent and upfront in her communication. She takes the time to do her research, provides well-informed advice and is incredibly patient with all my questions. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated. Highly recommend her!

Their communication was always prompt and attentive to every detail. Thanks to their strong market expertise and negotiation skills, the whole process went incredibly smoothly.

Thank you to Gokul Soni for handling everything promptly and with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the help of Chloe, the Korean-speaking property manager. Being able to ask questions and receive clear answers in Korean made communication much easier for us. Her support helped us feel more comfortable and gave us greater confidence in Saliba Estate Agents. We are grateful to both Gokul and Chloe for their care and assistance.

Gokul ran me through all the steps i needed to rent out my first property. He clearly explained what needed to be done, what the rental price was likely to be and what improvements and steps I needed to take to maximise the rental. His knowledge of the market meant that we priced the rental right and achieved my pricing expectations. At all stages he kept me informed on what was happening which made me very comfortable. Finally, he was able to source tradesman to undertake the works for me, where I had been struggling to get good reliable people. The tradesman's price were very good value and Gokul helped me to minimise the work I needed to do to get the property ready to rent! Thankyou!!!

Good market knowledge.

I appreciate Woetso’s commitment to making things right, even when situations get a bit rocky due to issues with the builder. The property was leased almost immediately, and the entry report was incredibly thorough — something I truly value. I also appreciate being notified straight away about any defects that need urgent attention. Their consistent communication means a lot, and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the management of our property.

As a landlord, I highly recommend Woetso Jidak - Senior Property Manager. She has always been very professional and responsive. Her communication skills are outstanding. She gets the job done!
