Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
