Responsive and efficient!

Courteous, honest, actions reflected the written and verbal leasing arrangements and highly knowledgeable. Direct contact without AI automated responses was the experience I requested and process delivered.

I have been with Fletchers Canterbury for almost 15 years. The property manager is so professional and customer focused ( Dana Qi) she helped me when a trades was trying to over charge me few thousands dollars for small garage repair and also help me a lot when dealing with difficult renter who couldn’t perform renter’s duty. In today’s world it’s hard to find trustable property manager, and it’s not always a matter of management fee. It’s all about professionalism and customer oriented mindset. Well done Fletchers Canterbury team! Best for you.
