Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with, incredibly accommodating during the house inspection, very helpful in discussing the rent agreement, and always quick to respond to all my questions, her warm, pleasant, and professional approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We had to entrust our investment property with Jane ( as we are interstate investors) she found us suitable tenants and all that goes with that and there where definitely a few hick ups along the way ( with the property ) that Jane managed sort on the run . Her communication and honest up front personality made us feel at ease with her sorting these things out for us . We cannot recommend Jane highly enough.

Have changed RealEstate management several of months ago and since then the customer service is amazing. I’m always up-to-date with what’s going on and it’s so easy to communicate and reach out to them so it feels very personalised and they care about the properties while my preview was just automated emails try to be cheap and an impossible to get in contact with. I love it and much. Prefer this way. Fletchers is great.
