Jenny (Evgenia) and Stavros from Century 21 Blacktown have been managing my Investment Property (House and Granny Flat) at Doonside for over 5 years. The Tenant at the Granny Flat recently gave notice to vacate. Jenny recommended a higher rental amount for the next Tenancy based on her Market Report.
