Very efficient and friendly!
First class experience.
From the moment we came to see the apartment, Marchella who met us was kind and positive and helpful. The apartment was wonderful and all the follow up was professional and prompt - though I myself was slower to follow up. Everything was very seamless and thoughtful - I am a first time renter so this was important to me.
Samantha was very proactive in managing and streamlining the reletting process. Her professional conduct and communication were top-notch throughout. She took the time to understand the needs of both the landlord and the tenant and communicated effectively with all parties, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for the same level of professional and attentive service.

We would like to express our special thanks to Laurice Morgan as our property manager for her good, professional, responsive and proactive service. She keeps us regularly updated of the situation and gives practical advice on every matter. Laurice and her team had exercised every effort to find and secure a new tenant from such competitive rental market in the area. Overall, we would highly recommend Aurora to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management service.
Highly skilled and professional team.

Maybe a few unpleasant coincidences happened all at the same time, but the overall experience wasn't very impressive. A few confusions around utility supplier, key fobs, miss-spelled address, lease content, etc. All good since all resolved eventually.

Very responsive, Professional, friendly and caring staff.
It was a very smooth, seamless and professional experience overall, and the agency kept communicating at every stage of the process. The move in process was quite organised too, and all our questions were promptly answered.

Working with Saiyida as first-time landlords was an absolute game-changer for us. From day one, they demonstrated incredible patience, taking the time to thoroughly answer every single question we had without ever making us feel rushed. Their responsiveness was unmatched—they were always available when we needed guidance, making a process that felt overwhelming at first completely manageable. Above all, their deep market knowledge and high level of professionalism gave us total peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us navigate our first investment property, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional

The entire Manor team was efficient and professional, and we truly appreciated their support throughout our rental journey. Highly recommend Sayida and Manor Real Estate to anyone looking for exceptional service and a positive rental experience.
