Agencies in Oakleigh South, VIC, 3167

Sky organised all the necessary compliance and I organised my painter and electrician to update the property.

Nice service. Communication clear .

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. That’s been my experience with Buxton Bentleigh. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend the team.

Hi Amanda, Gayle and the rentals team, Thanks so much for your help in securing new renters for our property. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and your communication throughout made everything easy and stress-free. We really appreciate how proactive and organised you’ve been, and it gives us a lot of confidence having Belle Property Mornington/Mount Eliza managing our rental property.

Easy to deal with. Had a small issue with plumbing upon moving in which was resolved immediately. Very friendly service. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Belle Property. The team was incredibly helpful and maintained clear communication from start to finish. They found us a home in a perfect location, close to my work and the shopping centre. We’re very grateful for their support.
