Tony Yang and his staff are highly reliable, communication is excellent. They were able to find a good tenant in short span of time. Highly recommended. Thanks Tony and Wayne!

Big help from Esther, efficient and professional

The rental team is professional and efficient, only took a short time to rent out my property. I’m very glad with the service, highly recommended.

From the 1st advert to open inspections, everything was document and communicated with effectiveness. Wasn’t long after a tenant. Well done Team

From day 1 the team were so helpful and understanding

The team at Image are always accommodating and professional. They ensure rent remains consistent. They provide updates and reauthorisation for works. The best part is they are easy to deal and down to earth. Thank you Girls

Sky organised all the necessary compliance and I organised my painter and electrician to update the property.

Nice service. Communication clear .

I’ve had a really positive experience with the team at Buxton Bentleigh managing and leasing my property in McKinnon over the last 4 years. The recent leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was consistent and transparent, I was kept updated after inspections, and I appreciated receiving honest feedback and advice rather than feeling pressured into making a quick decision. The team were responsive when a few things needed attention around the changeover between tenants, and overall I felt they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for both the property and the incoming renters. Property management and leasing inevitably comes with the occasional issue to work through, but what matters to me is having an agent who communicates well, is practical and gets things resolved. That’s been my experience with Buxton Bentleigh. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend the team.
