Communication with both Richelle and Xanthe has been very thorough and positive. They’ve both been able to communicate the process of renting with us at each step and giving very professional advice on the application process, Xanthe with pros and cons for each application to give an overview and Richelle with communication of negotiation between the vendors and ourselves.
