Stephanie is aa absolute pleasure to deal with. She really understood what we were looking for. I highly recommend her for any future renting opportunities .

Tina was very responsive and fast through text messages with all questions I had asked.

We had rented a property through MPM Property for six and a half years and have recently vacated. During our tenancy, all MPM property managers were always professional and friendly and very easy to get along with. Any maintenance requirements were always addressed quickly. When we vacated and handed our keys in, our current Property Manager, Trish Doherty was easy to deal with and her communication style and professionalism was excellent. Trish made our vacate process very easy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and ensured our bond was returned quickly.

“To whom it may concern”. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld. On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing. We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him. After several days we were lucky enough to be contacted by Dimitri who informed us we had been successful in obtaining the property to rent, Dimitri is a person who seems to enjoy his career and gets a lot of satisfaction in making people happy through his efforts and dedication, he kept great communication with us throughout our moving in and could not help enough to ensure we had as easy as possible moving in.We would highly recommend anyone looking for rental property or advice to do so, to contact Dimitri as you will be guaranteed the best of attention at all times.
