I have no hesitation in recommending JMO Property Group. It is wonderful peace of mind knowing that all the associated 'checks & balances' with a rental property are taking place. The professionalism, prompt responses and reliability are refreshing. Thankyou

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Ben from JMO Property. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and his excellent knowledge of the local property market gave me a lot of confidence as a first-time landlord. From our initial conversations through to the property being leased and the lease being signed, Ben communicated everything clearly and kept me informed at every stage. As this was my first time leasing out a property, having someone who was knowledgeable, approachable and willing to explain the process made the experience so much easier. I really appreciated Ben’s professionalism, communication and willingness to help throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and JMO Property to anyone looking at leasing out their property.

We have been with JMO Property Agents for several years, with Ben and Jacklyn managing our property, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They have always taken care of our property as if it were their own, keeping everything well looked after and addressing any issues quickly and professionally. When it came time to find a new tenant, Ben and Jacklyn were able to secure an excellent tenant very quickly through their strong network and experience. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine care really set them apart. We highly recommend Ben, Jacklyn, and the team at JMO Property Agents to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property managers. Excellent service over the years!

Kelly was outstanding and extremely helpful getting us into our new home, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. She kept us well informed with updates, heard our struggles and catered to our needs and was super friendly to speak with which made the stressful chore of finding a rental feel like a walk in the park. Cheyenne was awesome too, when I needed help with connecting utilities and organising bond lodgement without having a digital ID she helped me with no hesitation and made my life easy. Thanks again Ray White!

Bit special regarding my circumstances and Ciara was amazing helping me do all the electronic phone stuff. I’m older and have zero understanding of it. She organised viewings and on day four, I signed paperwork and was confirmed to a wonderful place in Ormeo, I can’t thank her enough, she made everything simple I have never had to look for a house myself in over 40 years.

My Family sincerely thank Kate & Ciera for their time and patience, while assisting our family into our first rental in over 10 years while we build our new home. Their professionalism yet personal care was refreshing. Such an asset to the Ray White Team! Thank you both again Sincerely
