Bit special regarding my circumstances and Ciara was amazing helping me do all the electronic phone stuff. I’m older and have zero understanding of it. She organised viewings and on day four, I signed paperwork and was confirmed to a wonderful place in Ormeo, I can’t thank her enough, she made everything simple I have never had to look for a house myself in over 40 years.
Always been communicative and putting landlord first He has been following up the rest of issues with RTA regsrding previous tenants.Previous property manager wasn't available most of the time I contacted her and delayed response noted all the time.
Trish from MPM Propery since I build it has been looking after the property, excellent service , and getting the right tenants when the property is vacant she has done an excellent job , we are happy to deal with Trish

We purchased an investment property in January this year. After spending many days and hours searching for a property and dealing with many agents, we came across Eileen from LJ Hooker Beenleigh. Eileen was amazing from the first interaction, being interstate purchasers, Eileen assisted us and was genuine with her advice. We had not received service like his from any other agents in the area. Eileen assisted us from start to finish and made the whole process run as smooth as possible. Due to Eileen's service, we have trusted her and the team at LJ Hooker Beenleigh to continue managing the property and inspections.
