Amy and the Harcourts team were extremely accommodating from the very beginning. They provided clear instructions on the move upon providing us with the good news (that our application was successful). Firstly, to provide this good news one of the Harcourts team members reached out - it was a nice and warm call. They also provided us with options on who to choose in terms of moving companies, cleaning companies and bond assistance. During the call they also made sure to touch base and follow through with a few questions I had asked during my original inspection of 106 Yangoora Cres. These questions were in regards to the installation of air con and the re paving and fixing of the concrete on the drive way. They gave me reassurance that they would fix those problems asap (with the air con being installed upon move in). On the day of moving we picked up the keys and started the big move (with the help of a move in team recommended by Harcourts). Had a great and somewhat easy transition although was naturally a very stressful week for us. All in all we are pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Harcourts to anyone who is looking to buy, rent or sell.
