Rachel has been so welcoming, her communication has been great and has really made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything concerning my properties. After my rental property was on the rental market for 6 weeks with no interest, Rachel took on this what seemed impossible task and got me the price I wanted within less then a week of taking over the property. Her work ethic and drive to help where ever needed is unmatched. Rachel and the team have gone over and beyond to make sure the property was up to a great standard while on the rental market. Olivia has also been a great help, very easy to talk too and one of the kindest people you’ll meet.

Gareth has been a great property manager. We had to vacate our previous rental due to renovations being done and the date to leave was only a few days away when we got the phone call from Gareth letting us know that our application has been successful. Gareth went out of his way to ensure we could move in quickly which was a big relief, he made the whole process go smoothly and was easy to communicate with. There was a couple of repairs that needed to be done and they were carried out in good time by very professional and friendly tradesmen. Gareth's professionalism and work ethic is far above that of previous Property Manager’s that we have had to deal with in the past. I highly recommend Gareth and RE/MAX United if you are looking for a rental property.

Having dealt with HRR previously, I had no hesitation in reinstating them. Katrina is efficient and a great communicator. The unit was leased quickly and management has been effective ever since. Highly Recommenced.
