I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

unfortunately we ave been unable to complete the ownership docs but hope too shortly and proceed to rental agreement.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Taylor as my property manager. Her communication has always been clear, prompt, and proactive, which made the entire rental process so much smoother. She is friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Taylor consistently went out of her way to assist with any questions or issues, and I always felt supported and well‑looked‑after as a tenant. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. Highly recommended!

Everyone that i have delt with has been amazing. Taylor has been absolutely fantastic so far, making the whole process stress free and answering every question with a positive attitude.

Stephanie and Les have been amazing to work with so far! We just started a tenancy in Ngunnawal, and from the get go their communication has been very friendly and efficient. They respond very quickly, and make any question or request feel important. They also ensured the property was thoroughly cleaned for us, which was amazing! We look forward to working with them through our tenancy. Thank you Stephanie and Les.

Communication was amazing, any questions were answered straightaway. Helpful in every way for a first-time landlord. Great guidance on the surrounding area. Really switched on.

Response time was outstanding. Applied about 1pm by 4pm i received a phone call saying I was successful.

I am happy with ARCHER. My unit has been rented on time.

The agency is easy to approach and are constantly updating us with the progress and provide valuable suggestions.

I have recently rented out my brand new apartment through Archer real estate and have been dealing with Chelsey. She has been FANTASTIC!!! She is so kind and always willing to help! She kept in constant contact with me through every single process and has made my first time as a landlord a total breeze. I would highly recommend Chelsey to anyone wanting to rent their property out!
