Overview of Perth, WA, 6000

Overall Michael has shown his professional skills and knowledge in real estate while handling clients. We are happy to have chosen Joyce property to handle our property during the many years that we leased our property .

Vivid had my apartment rented after the first home open. As I was a little worried about not getting a tenant straight away but they had it sorted and the paperwork was all sorted promptly.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made everything much less stressful. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and supported. I really appreciated how friendly, approachable, and helpful the team was. They made the entire process smooth and straightforward, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate service. Thank you again for all your help!

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with, she made the entire setup process smooth, organised, and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Michael and the team at Joyce Property Investments were great. They communicated every step of the process and kept me informed of progress from listing, open home inspections, information in prospective applicants and the final lease signing. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely recommend if you want truly professional service and advice.
