Cemil was brilliant. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the property and no ask was too much for him. The turnaround from application to key was seamless and we couldn't be more grateful he played a part in securing our dream place! Thank you so much

Thanks for being really proactive and finding a tenant quickly. We really appreciated your down to earth approach.

Plamena has been very helpful and responsive throughout my tenancy. She communicates clearly and has been quick to follow up on maintenance issues and arrange repairs when needed. Overall, I’ve had a good experience dealing with her and the agency. I’d also like to mention Cemil, who was very friendly and helpful at the beginning and recommended suitable properties to me during the leasing process.

Our experience with Nino was outstanding. His communication with my partner and me was exceptional. He consistently responded promptly to all of our questions, which made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and reliability. Nino also worked efficiently to secure our property quickly, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from start to finish. The process felt easy and well-managed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Nino to anyone looking for a professional who is not only responsive but also genuinely committed to providing the best experience.

From the moment we saw the property advertised and contacted Ninos he was only too happy to help with inspections and the completion of the application form. I would recommend Ninos to anyone looking for anything to do with real estate.

This was my very first house that I rented through CMP, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve also been looking at other houses with their company, and they truly have the most wonderful and helpful employees. Whatever you tell them you’re looking for in a home, they start helping you straight away. They are so welcoming, kind, and supportive, and they’ve made the whole process so much easier for me and my family. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have known Perly and Szilvia for many years. I have had the opportunity to engage with them as both a tenant and an owner. They are always very helpful and responsive, and do everything with the utmost respect and a smile on their face. I highly recommend PM Realty for your real estate needs.

There were some issues along the way, such as the agreed open day was cancelled and the carpet was not cleaned by the effective date of the lease, but overall the communication and cooperation was relatively smooth.

Our experience with PM Realty has been fantastic so far. From the day we picked up the keys, the team has been approachable, supportive, and responsive to all our queries. Even when small issues came up, like the garage door, the team handled it with patience and professionalism, keeping us updated and making sure we felt heard. It’s clear that tenant satisfaction is important to them, and we’ve really valued their commitment and communication. We feel confident that with PM Realty, any future concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Highly recommend their team!
