Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team

We moved to Brisbane and Rebecca Kassulke was our property manager. She was always fast, efficient and always provided updates on the progress of maintenance etc. she needs a pay rise with the work she puts in. Genuinely just a lovely person. Would definitely recommend.

We had our property managed by another agency that kept letting us down. We then changed to Affinity and wished we did so from the beginning. Affinity would have saved us $1000's. We have mainly dealt with Jodie, Luanne and Kyle who have been amazing. Highly recommended. Save yourself time, stress and money. Get these guys to manage your property.
