Manpreet is amazing. I purchased my house from her, and ultimately asked her to manage my property when I wanted to rent it out. I was getting letters, texts and calls from other real estates hoping to get business but when I contacted Manpreet, she was extremely professional and let me come back to her with questions instead of constant follow up. She ensures timely communication, provided everything (including links/recommendations) I needed to manage -which is a lot renting a house- and cut costs for me where possible. We had a huge amount of applications and Manpreet went through professionally ensuring applicants were suitable, securing tenants within 2 weeks. She always offered to come to me or help where she could knowing I was juggling moving interstate including for collecting keys and getting them cut. She worked with me for home timings that suited me and just made the experience really smooth. I would highly recommend her and her team!

KRS properties have been outstanding from day one. I secured a rental home through KRS Properties. The application process was very easy to use. First time meeting my property manager Manpreet at the home inspection, she was very welcoming polite and answered all question I needed to ask. The home was immaculate and exactly how if was on the rental listing. It only took 3 days and I was approved for a lovely well presented family home. Manpreet was so very helpful, very understanding and very easy to understand and deal with. She has so much knowledge within the real estate industry. The entire process was really smooth and quick. Best real estate & property manager I've ever dealt with. Garage remote not available when we picked up the keys, PM emailed a few days later saying they had the remote & asked if I would like to pick it up from the office or if I wanted the PM to drop it off. I replied with it would be appreciated if the PM could drop, reply from PM absolutely, I'll drop it off tomorrow & she did. While here, PM asked if there were any issues. I showed her a few things we noticed (had only been in property 10 days at this stage). PM said due to Easter, she'll send maintenance requests through after the public holidays. That same night the ensuite shower wasn't draining so I emailed the PM with photos straight away. Once the public holidays were over, I received emails stating that the different trades required for the issues reported had been assigned. Within 1 week of trades being assigned, they had all attended & issues resolved. Follow up email received yesterday asking if there were any other concerns. It feels good knowing the PM is looking out for the tenants as well as the owner of the property. My husband & I hope to stay in this property for quite a long time.
