Stellar performer! Genuine person
Absolutely thrilled with the service and outcome that I got from Dougal and his team. Nothing was a problem. Being a (mature) first home buyer the whole prospect was very daunting to me. Dougal gave me great confidence in my ability to get a better than expected outcome. I felt reassured from our very first meeting. Me being based near and buying in Altona North presented no issue with engaging with Dougal or providing documents - all seamless. I was anticipating a challenging process and Dougal created the opposite. Not the slightest hesitation in recommending Dougal. His calm, down to earth manner is perfectly suited to assisting people facing the stress of buying a house. Ultimately, I got the home I wanted in the location I wanted without a single issue - elated!
