Donna is the absolute best, 1000 out of 10!
Donna is the absolute best! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. During the purchase process she handled everything incredibly well and I couldn’t be happier.
Communication was always clear, detailed, highly professional but also very personal and friendly. For all aspects of the purchase process Donna was always there to support me. She always went above and beyond, even on weekends and well outside of regular work hours. The way the detailed analysis of options was always presented was incredibly helpful to allow me to make the best decision for me, and Donna always took my personal circumstances into account, giving me the absolute best result for me at the end of the day. She was also able to navigate the complex situation with all banks adjusting to the recent negative gearing changes so well, which could easily have made the deal fall through had Donna not been involved and sorted it all out so diligently.
Donna was also so helpful not only through the purchase process, but also in the year prior to purchase, where she gave me honest and helpful advice throughout my research annd investigation process. This ended up being the most honest and helpful advice I received from anyone, including friends and family.
