The leasing team were very efficient and quick in submitting a proposal and putting the property on the market for lease. They showed great communication when showing the property to potential lessee's and obtained a lease withing a week of going to market, I recommend them.

We had a great experience with Teagan from Highland Property in helping us rent out our property at 67C Gannons Rd, Caringbah. Teagan was professional, friendly and very responsive throughout the entire process. She kept us well informed, provided honest and helpful advice about the rental market, and handled enquiries and negotiations with great care and professionalism. We really appreciated Teagan’s dedication in helping us secure a suitable tenant and making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her communication and attention to detail were excellent, and we always felt that our property was in good hands. Thank you, Teagan, for all your hard work and support. We would happily recommend Teagan and Highland Property to anyone looking to rent out their property in the Caringbah area.

The existing tenants gave the minimum notice for their intention to move out. Tegan was onto it faster than a ferret down a rabbit hole!! She very quickly organised and advertised an inspection on the forthcoming Saturday morning. As a result, we secured a tenant with a good rental history and references. Thanks to Tegan, our apartment will be vacant for one week only between tenancies. Thanks Tegan, you did a great job!

We are more than happy with how helpful and kind our agents have been. They helped make the process of moving into our apartment smooth and were prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had.

I am currently renting a property through Allam Real Estate and have had the pleasure of working with Tara as my property manager. From the beginning, Tara has been professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly nature and clear communication have made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and consistently follows through on anything that needs attention. What stands out most is Tara's genuine care and understanding. She treats tenants with respect, is easy to deal with, and always strives to achieve positive outcomes for everyone involved. I highly recommend Tara and the team at Allam Real Estate

The team at Allam Real Estate were very professional and helpful from the first inspection through to moving-in and would definitely recommend them.
