I just wanted to share some of my thoughts on the Team at Twomey Schriber in Cairns, in particular Tania Saranov. It was clear that Tania and her team were a worthy and safe pair of hands to manage our tenancy. We are actually tenants with Twomey Schriber, but my wife and I own two rental properties further down the Queensland coast, so I really think we we really can offer a qualified assessment from both ends! Tania was a thorough and congenial agent, when arranging the inception of our tenancy. We find moving a right hassle and very stressful, but Tania was both friendly and approachable, in addition to creating an exhaustive Entry Condition Report, where she had even identified imperfections that I had missed. Always a good sign! Thank you Tania!

Property Manager Tania is the best Real Estate Agent my partner and I have ever had. The amount of effort and care to ensure we where looked after is extremely appreciated. She has extremely high knowledge in her field and Industry and is always happy to answer any questions we had. She has such high care and her best interests forward and that makes her so amazing!! The property we have Leased from her have always been up to standards and she is very proficient to respond to any repairs or maintenance that are required also!

The staff a Freemans have been fantastic helping me accomodate our staff long term in Cairns. The absolute professionalism on the phone & through emails was brilliant. Would highly recommend their services.
