Leased my first apartment with Image Property Gold Coast. Being the first time applying for any property, I felt sometimes that I got lost in the process & next steps. That would be my only concern, which was around following up with my agent a few times in order to organise my interstate move and just to fully understand what to do next and where to go. Other than that, was a good experience. Still have some hiccups to be resolved around my parking allocation but mostly to do with the apartment itself.

It may be blunt but I’ve only had bad experiences in the past with property managers who do the bare minimum. This was not the case with Venessa and Denise. Both very professional, good at communicating and easy to work with. Hope to have an agent as good as them in the future.
