D J Stringer have a large proportion of the rental market on the Southern Gold Coast and their experience will ensure a good result for property owners .

The whole experience of renting our home was made so easy by Terri and Julie. Both are very professional and skilled at their jobs, with an eye for detail. I don’t usually do reviews but here both Terri and Julie did such a great job that they deserve an outstanding review. They made the process stress free for us. Would highly recommend them.

Terri has been so lovely to deal with! She’s friendly, approachable and always happy to help. She made the whole process of securing our new home really easy and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. We’ve had such a positive experience with her and really appreciate all her help. Thanks again, Terri!

The rental team is providing professional service, would highly recommended any landlord looking for an agent. Thank you to Sandy and Madison.

Maddison has managed two of my investment properties, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service she provides. From day one she has been professional, responsive and thorough, and she has looked after both me and my tenants with the same high standard of care. Every request I’ve sent her has been handled with precision and followed through to completion, often faster than I expected. She keeps me well informed without my having to chase updates, and I always feel confident that my properties are in good hands. What really sets Maddison apart is how she handles the difficult moments. When challenging situations have come up, she has managed them calmly, fairly and decisively, balancing my interests as an owner with respect and consideration for my tenants. My tenants clearly trust her, which makes a real difference to the stability and long-term success of my investments. Maddison consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of a property manager. Her attention to detail, communication and genuine care for the people and properties she looks after make her a standout in the industry. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddison and the wider TBRE team to anyone looking for a Tier 1 property manager.

Having dealt with Brownlee real estate for many years, I have found all team members to be extremely helpful, with quick replies, fantastic communication and a superior level of care. Highly recommend.
