Leased my first apartment with Image Property Gold Coast. Being the first time applying for any property, I felt sometimes that I got lost in the process & next steps. That would be my only concern, which was around following up with my agent a few times in order to organise my interstate move and just to fully understand what to do next and where to go. Other than that, was a good experience. Still have some hiccups to be resolved around my parking allocation but mostly to do with the apartment itself.

We have been using Image Property in Palm Beach to manage our two properties since they commenced trading at that location. We have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and on top of their game. In particular our rental manager Alexia has always gone above and beyond to ensure we receive the best possible outcomes - not only for ourselves but also for our tenants who are just as important. We would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation and particularly Alexia to those seeking a reliable and professional organisation.

It may be blunt but I’ve only had bad experiences in the past with property managers who do the bare minimum. This was not the case with Venessa and Denise. Both very professional, good at communicating and easy to work with. Hope to have an agent as good as them in the future.

Full marks on all the above. Maybe just a bit more sensitivity when disposing of my furnishings, but she also got rid of a bed base I couldnt move to the tip.
