We used BradfieldCleary - Double Bay to lease our property when the prior tenants' lease ended. It was organised by Robyn and James. In short, they exceeded all our expectations. They dealt with our prior tenants in a professional and accommodating manner. They found an excellent-fit new tenant after just one open-house, and managed to lease the property at a higher rate than we had expected. They organised the rental agreement and all associated documentation in a timely and professional manner.
