I recommend Sofi Petkovski at Home Estate Agents to anyone seeking a professional, courteous & very responsive real estate agent. She is diligent, acts swiftly, very responsive when called upon & always focussed on delivering a high standard of service to me as a landlord.

I would like to thank the team at PRD Perez Real Estate Maroubra for their outstanding service. A special thank you to Guy, who took ownership of the entire process and managed everything professionally from start to finish. The team did an excellent job preparing the unit for inspection and successfully secured a tenant within a week. Their communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It was a great team effort, and I truly appreciated the proactive approach and dedication shown throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for professional and reliable property management services.

Achieved above market rentals for me at The Rotschild in Rosebery. No one else in the East comes close to his level of commitment. Highly recommended if you're seeking a superior ROI!

My Place Estate Agents were mindful of our expectations when finding replacement tenants for our investment unit. They displayed a thorough knowledge of the rental market and were most professional throughout the process and delivered the results we were after. A pleasant team to deal with also.

Emma and the team were great to work with when leasing my apartment. It was smooth from seeking out an agent right through to leasing and on. The ambiguity of the process was lifted after engaging with MyPlace. Recommend highly!

Asher goes above and beyond, helping organise and see through refurbishment of the property, the level of detail and the way he looked after the whole engagement is second to none. He is a true champion and I would highly recommend him.

Emine is highly professional, communicates clearly, and manages our property with great care. She is efficient, proactive, and strikes a perfect balance between looking after the landlord’s interests and ensuring tenants are well-supported. We’re very pleased with the service and feel confident our property is in good hands.
