We had a good experience working with Chloe to lease our property. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process and took the time to walk us through each step, offering helpful advice and guidance when assessing potential tenants. The process took a little longer than we initially expected, likely due to a combination of market conditions and finding the right tenant. Chloe guided us through the process and kept things moving along. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but everything worked out in the end, and we're happy to have secured a quality tenant for our property. We appreciate Chloe's guidance and support throughout the process and look forward to continuing to work with her and the team as they manage our property moving forward.

Working with Elina and her team has been an exceptionally smooth, efficient and professional experience from start to finish. The entire process from inspecting the property to submitting the application and receiving approval was handled quickly and seamlessly. Communication throughout was top-shelf: clear, timely and reliable at every stage. Any questions were addressed promptly and the process was conducted with a high level of organisation and professionalism. I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a straightforward and well-managed leasing experience.

We dealt with Courtney and Elina at Ray White. Elina was so efficient. This property was the last we viewed on the day of inspections, and the first team to move into action across the board compared to all the estate agents we dealt with. The team runs a tight and efficient ship!

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

Highly Recomended, We are very grateful for a friendly and professional and informative interactions with Shannon at First National Connect with very good advice and good management in getting tennants into our properties in a short time.

I have only good things to say about First National Connect, they are always available if I need to contact them, they are professional, pleasant & polite. I would reccommend first National to anyone looking to buy or rent.
