Our experience with dealing with Jacki from Louis Carr was great. She is always on point with all communications and just made the process of renting out our apartment a smooth one.

We are first time property investors and we had a wonderful experience dealing with Jacki of Louis Carr. Jacki is amazing and very professional in every way. She patiently answers all our questions and organize everything for us very promptly. She regularly give us updates and put so much effort to ensure that we find a suitable tenant for our unit in such a short time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This is the 3rd time, I had an opportunity to use Louis Carr as my preferred agency for renting my home. The experience from my initial interaction with Jackie to having a suitable tenant secured was fulfilled in a flawless and timeless fashion. She was prompt in her communication and ensured all boxes were ticked. I have further referred LC to family and friends as they made a rather hectic process seamless for me. Jackie is an asset to LC

They are very efficient and friendly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, their knowledge of the market was outstanding, and they handled negotiations professionally to achieve a great outcome. Friendly, reliable, and highly profession. I would happily recommend them.

The team provided an exceptional experience throughout our rental application and move-in process. Their service was defined by a streamlined, transparent application process and proactive, consistent communication that kept us informed at every stage. We were particularly impressed by their professionalism during the move-in inspection, where they ensured all property details were clearly documented and addressed. They were highly reliable with all administrative timelines and demonstrated a solution-oriented approach that made our transition smooth, professional, and entirely stress-free.

I appreciate Woetso’s commitment to making things right, even when situations get a bit rocky due to issues with the builder. The property was leased almost immediately, and the entry report was incredibly thorough — something I truly value. I also appreciate being notified straight away about any defects that need urgent attention. Their consistent communication means a lot, and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the management of our property.

As a landlord, I highly recommend Woetso Jidak - Senior Property Manager. She has always been very professional and responsive. Her communication skills are outstanding. She gets the job done!
