Agencies in Sandstone Point, QLD, 4511

Found what was important to us in a property. Reading of the market and properties was consistent. Excellent follow up continued after the sale was made which is the sign of real professionals.

We have been dealing with Knobel since 2014. Mark & Keith are great to deal with from a buying side giving us really good insight into the Island & what is happening in property. From a rental perspective we couldn't speak highly enough of Kelly (& Kelsey). They are always up to date with information on our properties. It is refreshing to deal with an agency that makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. Thanks

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Kelsey (& Kelly) at Knobel & Davis North (Bribie Island). At all times these ladies have attended to us with not only professionalism but genuine interest in trying to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. So different from experiences with agencies who are more concerned about their own stats and awards! We have thoroughly appreciated all that Kelsey has done to look after us and look forward to a long association with this agency. Could not recommend more highly!!

Having worked in the industry, I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the team. The trust in their business and their management of my property is reassuring. Thank you Kirra.

We have found Kirra to be an invaluable asset to the company and extremely helpful and professional guiding us through the challenges of becoming first time rental property owners. Kirra assisted was able to assist us with our numerous queries, and provides us with the assurance that the management of our investment property is in very capable hands . Thanks Kirra !

As a landlord i am looking for a highly professional team that communicate well & are looking after my best interests when they manage my properties & I have found exactly that with Kirra & Sheri. They have been excellent at communicating all aspects of my tenancies I have listed with their agency. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommended !
