From the beginning of the process, I received a lot of support and clear communication, and I was guided through each step along the way. This made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. Daniel’s knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was able to answer my questions confidently and provide all the information I needed. He also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and were able to help me find a property that was genuinely suited for me. Once I was lucky enough to be approved for the property, the Hohm team continued to go above and beyond. They took care of all the details and made the move-in process extremely smooth and straightforward. They connected me with the building managers and provided all the relevant contacts for setting up services such as Wi-Fi and electricity, which made settling in much easier. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the entire process as seamless as possible. The communication throughout has been exceptional. They are incredibly prompt and responsive, and any questions or requests I have are actioned within the day, if not within a few hours. Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I'm very grateful for all the support throughout the process and for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a property, particularly first-time renters who want someone knowledgeable and professional.

Every step of the process has been seamless with a friendly team. I feel confident that they’ll manage and look after my property to the best of their ability!

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Rajnii has the most calming and professional manner I have ever encountered. During a stressful situation, she provided professional and reassuring guidance, helping me feel at ease and confident throughout the process. She consistently responds quickly and effectively—always answering any questions, clarifying my options, and making sure I fully understand what’s happening. She also gives immediate attention to any maintenance issues, ensuring things are handled promptly and properly. Rajnii also brings great negotiation skills. She advocates strongly while staying level-headed and respectful, and she works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. What sets Fair Street Reality apart is Rajnii’s excellent communication. Most importantly, I can trust Rajnii completely to look after my best interests. The difference between Fair Street Reality and the other agents I’ve had is truly night and day.
