Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much.
