As we are currently residing overseas we are so grateful for the team for being so accommodating and helpful with communication and all the logistical details of managing our property. Thank you!

Very professional and helpful, the whole experience was seemless
I had a great experience with Peak as a prospective tenant and found their vetting process to be very thorough. From this great experience, I was very happy to put my own investment property in their hands to manage for me. Excellent and prompt communication, professional and a great team to deal with. Five stars all round.

Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. Thank you Karen McKenzie for everything & to Elders Real Estate too would highly recommend them . Thankyou

Opal Realty has been looking after my rental property for many years now and I have found them to be a very professional organization. They’ve managed and looked after my property so that I haven’t had to worry about it. Aimee Hope is my current property manager. She is a very professional operator who has a very pleasant personality. She makes it very easy to deal with issues that may arise from time to time. She has handled all problems quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed of the progress at all times. All in all, I have been very pleased with the way I have been looked after and would thoroughly recommend Opal Realty and Aimee if you need someone to look after your investment.
